tattoo picORCA PRIDE!!
Swimmers should wear their Orca T-shirt to school the Friday before every meet.
  ORCA PRIDE!!

See team captains before each meet for tattoos.

  1. If Sean or Trudy does not get your decorated orca by Friday October 23rd then your orca will not be laminated.
  2. If you do not have an orca, please see either Trudy or Sean.
  3. Wear your orca shirt to school every friday before a meet to show team spirit!
  4. There are new cheers and there are copies at the pool on the "Orca Board" or attached to the website.
  5. Stretches are starting for the older children on the Tuesday after October break, November 3rd, 2009!  Be there 15 minutes before practice starts.  Stretches are an important part of warming up before practice so one does not pull or strain a muscle!
Project Rudolph - Please encourage your children to participate. Project Rudolph is an organization that sends care packages to soldiers that are deployed, being deployed, or hospitalized because of deployment. Older members of the team may write letters to soldiers and younger members may write letters or draw pictures. Please include your age and name in your letter/picture. Also please address your letter or picture in a generic fashion such as "Dear Soldier, Sir, Ma'am, etc."  The deadline to write a letter is 30 Nov.  Letters may be given to the team captains, Sean and Trudy.
